By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service.

All prices are in USD and exclude add-ons, backgrounds or props.

All commissions include commercial use; use for advertising, promotion, and stream/video.

Rushed works include; less than 2 weeks for an illustration, less than 1 month for an animation. Rushed Fee is varied regarding video commissions.

I have the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time. A full refund will be provided in the case I cancel the commission, including the down-payment.

A non-refundable down payment of 50% of the total commission cost is due upon the start of sketching. Sketching will commence within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Major changes will cost extra, and will be discussed at that time.

The time it takes to finish your commission will vary based on the complexity of the piece and current availability.

If you need the art by a deadline, please let me know before I start sketching. Additional costs will apply if there needs to be a rush order.

All projects will be discussed with my team, for scheduling and assistance.

If a project is canceled/abandoned by the client, I have the rights to use any work made for portfolio or repurposing.

Have the following information ready:

I will review the request and reach out for any additional clarifications needed and to confirm your request.

You will be provided the ToS and a price quote for your request if I accept it.

An invoice will be sent before starting work on the commission. You will need to provide a minimum of 50% of the commission cost as a non-refundable deposit. Work will begin within 24 hours of confirming the receipt of payment.

The first draft of the finished sketch will be sent out once finished. You can provide feedback/corrections, however any major changes will incur a fee.

On approval of the final sketch, the remaining payment is due. Once I confirm that I've received payment, work will continue. Any changes to the commission after this this point, not including mistakes by the artist, will incur additional costs.

Updates are provided at least once every 14 days unless otherwise specified. If an update is not provided in that time frame, it is your responsibility as the commissioner to request an update.

The final product will be sent for review when ready. Minor changes can be discussed. Major changes cannot be made at this time.

On acceptance of the final version by the client, a full resolution, clean version will be sent by preferred method. I will only retain finished works up to 3 months.

I retain copyright over all commissions completed or otherwise unless otherwise agreed upon and paid for by the client.

A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required before work on your commission starts. This deposit can only be refunded if the artist cancels the commission, and is at their discretion.

You will be blacklisted if you chargeback.

Upon cancellation, I have the rights to use any work made for portfolio or repurposing.

Commissions that do not have their deposit paid within 48 hours of the invoice may be canceled or moved to the end of the priority list. If this would cause a commission to miss it's agreed on deadline, it will be canceled.

Commissions that are waiting on final payment have 48 hours before they will be paused or canceled. If the delay in payment would make it unreasonably difficult to meet the agreed upon deadline, the commission will be canceled.
